My name is Vesa Olavi Lius. I am not a large corporation. I am an independent innovator and system architect who, for over two decades—both as an entrepreneur and in my spare time—has developed innovations in areas such as atmospheric water generation. * The Anticubic Principle: By dimensioning for low air velocity (< 2.5 m/s), I utilize the Cube Law (P \propto v^3), which reduces fan power consumption by over 87.5%.
* Calculated Results – Existing Villa (Sweden): Reduces energy demand by 59% (approx. 26,000 SEK/year) and produces hundreds of liters of drinking water during the summer.
* Calculated Results – New Build Villa (Sweden): Reduces energy demand by 69% (approx. 11,000 SEK/year) through early integration.
* Calculated Results – Office (Sweden): For a 5,000 m² property, 233 MWh of energy is recovered per year. During the summer season, 1,500 – 2,500 liters of water are generated per day. This is purified according to EU Directive 2020/2184 and UN Goal No. 6 for drinking water quality.
* Calculated Results – Hotel (Tropics): ”The Water Factory.” Produces 30,000 liters of drinking water per day while halving cooling costs via ”Low Lift” technology.

The flagship for districts and heavy industry (139 kg/s airflow).
* The Three-Stage Rocket™: By charging the air (”Charge”), harvesting it (”Harvest”), and cooling it (”Cool”), I create a massive energy up-gearing.

The system is based on a unique combination of geometry, chemistry, and control technology.
* Turbo Effect (Low Lift): Through regenerative pre-cooling (via HX3), lowers the temperature lift for the compressor to approx. 5K, enabling theoretical COP values > 30.
* Aeraulic Architecture (Anticubic U-Channel): A protected geometry that ensures 100% separation of airflows and enables regenerative recovery.

* IRES™: Heat exchangers coated with Baked Phenolic Epoxy (Heresite P-413) for C5-Marine corrosion protection and hydrophilic properties.
* HC-AWG™: Rotor blades coated with nanostructured PNIPAM (Poly-N-isopropylacrylamide) that switches between hydrophilic and hydrophobic phases at 32°C (or 45°C for tropical polymer).
* AI-CORE™: Intelligent control that optimizes operation millisecond by millisecond against exergy losses and manages safety (Legionella protection via Thermal Shock).
I have recently published a significant theoretical refinement for ALLFROMAIR® Atmospheric Water Harvesting through Electrodynamic Physisorption and Vibration-Induced Desorption. This innovation refinement, detailed in Addendum 2, establishes a rigorous foundation for extracting drinking water directly from the atmosphere’s invisible gas phase.
From Particle Mechanics to Field Theory
My earlier descriptions suggested that molecular dielectrophoresis (DEP) mechanically pulled individual water molecules out of the air. However, a complete physical deconstruction has shown that the system’s true functionality lies in Field-Enhanced Atmospheric Condensation.
The system creates an electro-thermodynamic field sink. By utilizing the Modified Kelvin-Thomson (MKT) effect, the electric field gradients (\nabla |E|^2) work to reduce nucleation barriers, allowing water to transition into a liquid state even in sub-saturated air.
Optimized Mass Transfer
Once the field effect induces condensation, the process is driven by Fick-limited molecular diffusion. By applying optimized aerodynamic cross-flows, I aim to compress the boundary layers to ensure a continuous flow of moisture to the collection surfaces.
Intelligent Control and Efficiency Potential
The Intelligent Adaptive Control Unit (IACU) is designed to balance voltage to maximize the MKT-effect while strictly observing the limits of Paschen’s Law to prevent electrical breakdown.
The technology shows significant potential for low energy consumption, as it seeks to bypass the latent heat of evaporation. Instead of thermal heating, the water is released via kinetic harmonic resonance at specific Rayleigh frequencies.
Addendum No. 3: Hybrid Aerodynamic Flow Control and Storm-Safe Logic for ALLFROMAIR® Atmospheric Water Harvesting through Electrodynamic Physisorption and Vibration-Induced Desorption.
Building on the previously presented Intelligent Adaptive Control Unit (IACU), I am now disclosing the specific operational logic required for high-performance outdoor environments. This technical refinement (Addendum No. 3) ensures the system remains efficient and safe under shifting weather conditions.
* Hybrid Airflow Management: To maintain an optimal internal velocity of 1.0 m/s, the IACU utilizes a coordinated system where low-energy EC fans activate only during calm conditions, while mechanical louvers regulate and brake the flow during high winds.
* Storm-Safe Protection: In extreme weather, the unit initiates an instantaneous field collapse and rotates louvers to a 0° "feathering" position to minimize wind resistance (C_d) and protect the structural integrity of the micro-electrodes and chassis.

* 1% Sales License (CAPEX): A low entry fee at acquisition to enable rapid industrial integration.
* 1% Performance & Success Fee (OPEX):
* Commercial Use: A recurring fee of 1% of the estimated economic value of all produced water and all generated energy. This applies to all industrial and commercial use, whether the resources are sold or used internally to reduce operating costs.
* The Result: By utilizing my portfolio of five patent-pending technologies (Patent Pending) and a system factor of up to 70x, the licensee can retain up to 99% of the economic benefit (savings or revenue). The 1% fee is a minimal investment to secure access to the intellectual property and the system's continuous performance.
The current 1% licensing model is a dedicated 'Early Adopter' rate, available exclusively to the initial group of partners participating in the development and industrial integration of ALLFROMAIR®. As the technology scales and the market matures, these entry-level terms will be adjusted to reflect the full commercial value of the system.
My commitment to innovation is backed by five pending patent applications. I anticipate receiving status updates and formal confirmations regarding these filings before Midsummer 2026, providing a clear and secured path for our long-term collaboration.
2. Non-Exclusivity & Environmental Commitment
ALLFROMAIR® is a technology for all of humanity and shall not be limited by individual special interests.
* No Exclusive Rights: To guarantee maximum global dissemination, no exclusive licenses are granted. I encourage broad implementation to maximize environmental benefits through healthy competition.
* Environmental Benefit: The license is conditional on the technology being used to create measurable environmental benefits, such as CO2-neutral, climate-neutral, or climate-positive energy production, oxygenation of seabeds, water recycling, or active cooling of urban environments.
3. Scalability & Technology Transfer (Upfront Fee)
The initial Technology Transfer Fee is based on market potential and territory:
* Local/Niche License: From 500,000 SEK.
* Regional/Industrial Partner: From 5,000,000 SEK.
* Global Goliath/Multinational Partner: From 50,000,000 SEK.
Innovator’s Delivery: Upon payment, I transfer the technical documentation and rights of use for the specific technology licensed. I offer the flexibility to acquire individual licenses for separate innovations—such as the HC-AWG or IRES systems—or the comprehensive suite of all five patent-pending innovations, including the Anticubic U-channel, system logic, and thermodynamic validations.
Licensee’s Responsibility: As a professional manufacturer, you are responsible for final engineering, material selection, certification, and industrial production.

* Exclusive Administration: To guarantee technical quality and ensure compliance with environmental commitments, all licensing is administered and approved exclusively and directly by the innovator, Vesa Olavi Lius.
